Your clients can access cpanel any number of ways:

Through YOUR domain. https://www.RESELLERDOMAIN.com/cpanel/
Through the server hostname: https://www.server.hostname.com/cpanel/ (the server host name is in your setup email)
If propagation has completed, they can reach it through https://www.domain.com/cpanel/
