We have a zero tolerance policy on SPAM. if you do it, your account will be terminated immediately.

Please note if you’re sending emails to a list of subscribers, your email must contain a link to unsubscribe. We consider an email spam only when a recipient ‘marks as spam’ your email.

Please note that your account may be suspended we get at least more than one spam alert. The account can be reinstated only if you provide us in written to assure this does not happen again. In such a case, we will intimate you and require an immediate written assurance. If you do not reply within 24 hours, we will suspend your email service. However, your website and databases will keep functioning as normal.

In case if your account is suspended 2nd time, it will not be reinstated – but terminated permanently.
