All of the necessary login information for your FTP, Site Control Panel, and Customer Support is available inside the Welcome E-mail which you have received at the time your account was activated. Please, contact us if you need your Welcome email to be re-sent.
Further please note that your FTP username is different than your Site Control Panel.
