CHROMEIS Lifetime Money Back guarantee is applicable on Personal, Reseller and VPS Plans only.

If you decide to stop your services with CHROMEIS, there are 2 options available:

Option 1:
Life time Risk Free – During the life time of purchased hosting plan, you can opt out to cancel your account, and regardless of your commitment (1 year, 2 years, 3 years, etc), you will be pro-rated for all unused hosting fees based on our standard monthly package pricing.

Option 2:
30 Days Money Back – during the first 30 days as a client, if you decide to stop your service, we will refund your HOSTING fees in full.

The 30 days money back guarantee and LIFE TIME Risk Free does NOT cover the following:

  • Domain: Registration/Transfer/ID protection
  • Private SSL fees
  • Additional static IPs and additional site builder licenses
  • Control Panel: there is no refund for partially used month(s)
Examples of how our 30 Days Money back Guarantee Works:
  • You buy a hosting plan and pay $50.49 for a year of service without registering or transferring a domain to us. At any time within the first 30 days, you can cancel your account, thus receiving back your full hosting fee. ($50.49)
  • You buy a hosting plan and pay $50.49 for a year + you register a domain with us ($9.45/year). At any time within the first 30 days, you can cancel your account and receive back your hosting fee ($50.49). The domain name will not be refunded; however, since the domain is already registered, you can use it for 1 entire year with any other hosting company (the same applies if you decide to purchase extra ID Protection for your domain).
  • You buy a hosting plan and pay $50.49 for a year + you obtain a private SSL certificate from us ($64.95/year). At any time within the first 30 days, you decide to cancel your account, and receive back your hosting fee ($50.49). The SSL fee will not be refunded; however, since the SSL is already registered, you can use it for 1 entire year with any other hosting company.
