Yes!, you can. By using the URLs in your setup email, you should be able to access your website without a problem.
If you’re using Linux based server (when you’re uploading files to public_html folder) then the temporary URL should look like this:
https://server.hostname.com/~username/ (in most cases it will be https://lns10.chromehosting.net/~username )
On the other hand, if you’re using Windows based server (when you’re uploading files to wwwroot folder) then the temporary URL should look like this:
https://my-domain.com.cws5.my-hosting-panel.com
