Please note that you need to upload your site files to remote folder/host directory in order for your site files to be accessible from your site/domain.
To be more specific, you need to upload all files in public_html directory in case of Linux plan. You need to upload all files to wwwroot folder if you’re using Windows plan.
For your exact FTP host (IP) name, username and password please check your Welcome e-mail. If you do not have a copy of your Welcome email please, contact our support so that we can re-send it to you.
Please, note that your FTP username is DIFFERENT than your control panel username.
